Atlas POS Systems Ltd. is a factory authorized service depot for Bixolon mini printers

Supported Products:  SRP-270, SRP-275, SRP-350, SRP-350plus, SRP-370

Procedures:
~ Fill out the online form below or call 866-272-5797 for a return authorization number
~ You will be e-mailed a return authorization that must be clearly marked on the box when shipped to Atlas POS Systems Ltd.
~ Repairs will typically be completed within 48 hours of the time they arrive at our service depot

Warranty Information:
~ Bixolon Samsung mini printers warranty cover ground service outbound shipping costs.  Higher priority service is available for an additional cost.
~ All Bixolon printers carry a 3 year parts and labour warranty.  Print heads and cutters are warranted for 2 years.
~ Immediate DOA replacement whenever reseller or end user calls within 30 days of date of invoice from distributor or reseller respectively.
