Real-time consolidation of data (every 10 minutes).
Requires high speed Internet access at each location
Requires static IP addresses or Dynamic DNS service
Uses a non-centralized approach to multi-location businesses. All data flows to all locations.
Allows businesses to manage and control sales, customers, inventory, transfers, and purchase orders for all locations from any location.

RetailEdge is designed to work in a wide variety of environments and works well for most retail businesses.
Free Technical Support.
VARs receive 6 months of technical support from the date of their last installation purchase. End users receive 90 days of free technical support from the purchase date.

A free, fully functional, RetailEdge program demo can be downloaded at www.retailedge.com. Nothing will give the VAR a better feel for what the program can do for a business than trying it. Using the program will help VARs better understand its strengths and weaknesses and whether it will work for their clients.
Supported Equipment.
RetailEdge supports most devices that use OPOS drivers. However OPOS is not necessary for many equipment models. In addition, if a VAR has a specific device that they would like to work with RetailEdge, the VAR can send the device to High Meadow for certification testing. |
